IPO's Strong Trend Will Continue in 2018

Sandeep Jain, director of tradewift banking, says that companies bring their issue to take advantage of the high-liquefied market. This year the market is making a new record every day. Companies get the good valuation in the high market. These companies try to redeem.

In the past year, private equity players such as promoters and current investors were partially or completely out of the company by selling their shares. The focus of companies this year will be to raise money from the market for their expansion.

According to Sachin Sarvade, technical analyst, SMC Institutional Equities, the buyer is more in the market at this time. Companies feel that they will get the good valuation in the high market. That's why they are entering the market.

In addition to government policies and reforms, improvements in Is-of-Doing business, rising participation in retail investors' market by softening interest rates, positive indications from FIIs and FIIs like FIIs have been supportive of factories.

Head investment strategist of Geojit Financial Services Ltd Gaurang Shah says that they want to take advantage of all the boom in the market. Last year many good IPOs gave investors more returns than expected. Good returns have attracted investors' market, which has benefited the companies.
